Where can I download the CONROO app?

The application can be downloaded for free starting from 01.09.2025. from the Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS).

Where can I create appointments for my trucker?

What if I or my trucker is late to an appointment?

If the driver is late to his appointment, he will not be let into the terminal and the appointment must be moved via the TAS platform and updated to fit his arrival time. The Portunus daily pass remains valid and does not need to be purchased again. The update will sync to the CONROO app as well.

My drivers change phones often, can they have multiple accounts?

Account sharing is strictly forbidden. Each trucker must have their own account with their own personal data populated in the CONROO profile. We suggest creating CONROO accounts in the app with email addresses to ensure truckers can continue using their profile even with other devices.

My appointment has a red state in the CONROO App. Why might this be?

The first possibility is that the current time is not within the timeframe of the appointment +/- 15 minutes. This means that there is a grace period of 15 minutes before and after the timeframe of an appointment. Trucks can arrive 15 minutes before an appointment begins or 15 minutes after and still be able to proceed. The second possibility is that there is an issue with the appointment and the terminal needs to resolve it before the truck can enter. The issues can vary, some common ones are: customs hold, container not yet at terminal, etc.
